The location is super close to the beach and has a nice sea view. The bed was really comfy, slept like a baby. Clean room and nice breakfast options like eggs on toast. The owners were friendly and checked in on us. The heating kept the place warm even in chilly weather.
the shower pressure was kinda weak and there were some noisy guests at night that woke us up.

The service was excellent, greeting from the Manager as we were leaving to go out to places. Very helpful and informative of the area. I left a tip for the 4 extra toast I had consumed for my breakfast and the manager came up to our room and gave it back. Clean towels and clean room, no dust in sight. Quirky room with a wonderful sea view. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we will go back for sure.

Location is top. Price ok. Big bed.
No reception. No bar. Has a partly disconcerting effect. Room ok but outdated.

Ownere/Manager was flexible. Was there to greet me at 1215 pm as my train only arrived then. Breakfast was very good. Very pleasant service
The shower in my room 7 had a very stiff on/off handle and requires attention.

We received a very friendly welcome and were even given a better room that was available with a wonderful sea view without our asking and without any further cost. Breakfast was very good and service efficient and friendly
Perfectly clean and comfortable and rooms well serviced. Experience could be lifted by some very small improvements to decor - brighter modern lamp shades for instance

Friendly owners and great location!
The breakfast was really nice with options like eggs and beans on toast, alongside a range of continental items. The accommodating nature of the hosts was appreciated. One area for improvement could be addressing the outdated decor in some parts of the hotel.

Close to the beach, close to everything I had to do. Rooms hot as was the breakfast room. Food good. Iron burnt myshirts.
